Warranty and Service

We take full responsibility for the jewellery made at I LOVE YOU, RINGS. We issue a branded quality certificate and a warranty of 3 months

The warranty does not apply to:

• mechanical damage resulting from improper use;
• damage resulting from non-compliance with recommendations for care and storage of products;
• products that have been repaired by third-party organisations.

Upon receipt of rings and other jewellery, we issue a memo with recommendations for the care of jewellery, following them, they will serve you for many years and will please you every day!

To keep the products as long as possible their original appearance, it is necessary to maintain them regularly: cleaning, polishing, restoration of texture and / or matte, riveting and checking the stones with the jewelers.

I LOVE YOU, RINGS guarantees lifetime service on all types of jewellery. This includes:

• cleaning and polishing of jewellery;
• restoring texture and/or mattness;
• resizing;

Rhodium plating and reengraving are charged separately.

You can always contact us to book an appointment to bring your jewellery to the studio for service.
